Our Mission

To promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through accessible yoga practices, while fostering a spirit of service (seva) and building a supportive, inclusive community (sangh).

Yoga Seva Sangh promotes holistic health and wellness by offering accessible yoga, fitness, and mindfulness programs for individuals aged 15–65, while empowering youth to engage in community service and spread awareness of healthy living.
